| This lightweight cable allows direct connection to the camcorder. (Normally the camcorder is supplied with a small connecting cable). This also allows a waterproof 2 metre (6') connection to the bullet camera. |
| Is the 21CW / 21CWSHR / 21CWSHRX available in PAL and NTSC format? |

| What is supplied with battery pack? |
1. Battery holder 12V holds 8 x AA batteries 2. BNC to phono converter 3. 2.1mm DC cable to connect to battery holder 4. Cable with phono/RCA connectors |
| Can I use any battery? |
12V is required. However the camera has a tolerance of 8-15V. Any type of battery Alkaline, Nicad or NiMh or car/motorcycle battery. A small 9V PP3 type battery can also be used (must be Ni-Cad or NiMh -rechargeable) with the connector provided, but will only last just over one hour. |
| How long do batteries last? |
8 x AA batteries -`any battery type, should last about 10 hrs A small 9V PP3 (must be Ni-Cad or NiMh -rechargeable) will last one hour C or D batteries may also be used providing much longer than 10 hours use |
| What is specification of cameras? |
All the cameras are very High Quality. Different CCD provided. Our standard 21CW 'the original waterproof helmet cam' (an excellent quality and value camera) with standard 380TVL. Also High Res 480TVL available. Full information and specification can be found on spec sheet |
| Do you supply a mount for the cameras? |
| A camera 'fixed' mount is supplied with all cameras. Our velcro camera mount is available for extra £3.50 (supplied with pack). This a heavy duty industrial velcro mount with one sticky side to fix to helmet, car, etc. The velcro pad can be left fixed, and allows the camera to be easily positioned or removed. |
| If I buy the 'package, including bullet camera, do I require anything else? |
| Just recording device such as camcorder (with AV in) is the simple method |
| What is the warranty? |
The cameras do not normally give problems - Goods are guaranteed for one year. Faulty goods will be replaced immediately - we aim to please! |

Helmet Camera ConnectionsConnecting the bullet camera to a camcorder is simple. Just ensure your camcorder has AV IN. The bullet camera (and mic) requires 12V power.
